All DVC resort contracts expire on Jan 31 of their respective years. DVC contracts generally expire 50 years after sales for the resort begin. Old Key West was originally set to expire in 2042. In 2007 they offered owners the ability to extend their contract for 15 years (to 2057) for $15/point. This price was later increased to $25/point and the offer eventually discontinued. For this reason, you will see some Old Key West contracts that expire in 2042 and some in 2057.
