We poll all DVC brokers every hour, record the new listings, and update the existing listings. Setting an alert below is the fastest and easiest way to be notified of a great deal on just the right contract! This is a totally free service and you can opt-out by deleting the notification at anytime (there is a link in the notification email you receive to stop any alerts)

You will ONLY receive alerts for NEW listings that meet your criteria, OR when a listing is updated with a lower price that meets your criteria. You can setup as many alerts as you want, so feel free to have one alert for a resort set at one price and another alert set for a different resort at another price. Minimum Number of Points *

Select the minimum size of contract for the notification. Note the search is inclusive, so if you enter “100” it will alert you for any contract with exactly 100 points or more. Default is 0 (no minimum)

Maximum Number of Points *

Select the maximum size of contract for the notification. Note the search is inclusive, so if you enter “500” it will alert you for any contract with exactly 500 points or fewer. Default is 10000 (no maximum)

Alert Price/Point ($) *

Set your “Alert Price” per point trigger in dollars. This is the MAXIMUM price per point you would want to be notified of. Note the search is inclusive, so if you enter $150, it will alert you for any contract that is priced at $150 per point or lower.

Email Alert Frequency *

• ASAP – Could be as frequent as every hour
• Daily – Maximum of one email per day in the afternoon
• Weekly – Maximum of one email per week, sent on Friday afternoon
